The easiest option, as videos are hosted on external servers and require no local storage. However, playback is not available offline.
HTML5 Video Playback:
Allows for offline viewing and broad compatibility with modern browsers. However, implementation may require additional setup, and support for older browsers can be limited.
Flash Video Embedding:
Enables offline playback, but is not supported on modern mobile devices such as iOS and Android, and is now largely deprecated.

TECS produced a tutorial video demonstrating how to register for a cloud service. The video was used at the Health & Fitness 2014 exhibition.
