60 to 120 pages	6 to 12 weeks
120 pages or more	10 weeks or longer

Revision of an existing manual

Up to 40 pages	3 to 5 weeks
60 to 120 pages	8 to 12 weeks
120 pages or more	10 weeks or longer

Basic cost for an A4 size manual

Planning, creation of rough structure, project management (per project)	50,000 JPY or more
Text writing (per page)	5,000 JPY or more
Layout (per page)	5,000 JPY or more
Drawing illustration (new) (per item)	3,500 JPY or more
Sales management	10% of total cost
