History
January 1984 TECS started as an international publication/technical information production company in the Shibuya area with six members. Three sections were created: Creative, Engineering, and Language.   June 2004
June 2004
Introduced the e-Technical eViewer.
Recognized by the "Law on Supporting Business Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises".
September 1985 Moved offices to the fifth district of Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku as a result of company growth. October 2004 Start of the database building service, TECS "Chizai Soko", which complies with the "e-Documents Law" and ISO 15489.
September 1990 Due to company growth, moved offices to the third district of Nishi-Gotanda. December 2004 Delivered the Technical eViewer System Version 1 based on the TECS "Chizai Soko" for technical research.
January 1994 Merged the Nishiooi factory with the Hikawa Jinja office. November 2005 Opened the Beijing office.
