Working alongside the "Concordance Discount system", TECS uses a server version of the translation support software "Trados". In the past, each translator used their own translation memories in order to ensure a uniform style. By incorporating the new server version, now TECS can provide central control over the translation database. This change allows all translators to access the server over a network and share the latest translations that are stored in the translation memory in real time. Working with the server helps to eliminate differences between translators and allows TECS to check and edit translations as the translators work on a project. The Trados server helps to streamline the work process a great deal, enabling TECS to provide you with a consistent, high-quality final translation.
