YES Program Qualification: Business Skills Assessment Exam (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Development Number 0723001)
One aspect of the YES Program is the assessment exam. Students who pass the assessment exam receive a certificate of completion from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This certification gives students the tools to improve their careers even before starting work and provides a useful advantage when job hunting. TECS offers our assessment exam to many universities and other educational institutions who have a large number of job seekers.

YES Program Qualification: Business Skills Training Seminar (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Development Number 0304001)
Another aspect of the YES Program is the Business Skills Training Seminar. The goal of these seminars is to provide basic education in terms of business skills. The seminars use an original TECS text to meet the requirements for basic job skills from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and experienced professors guide the students towards their goals. This training seminar is made up of the following six types of curriculum. 1. Communication skills 2. Professional awareness 3. Basic skills (Writing and reading business documents) 4. Basic skills (Computation, accounting, and logical thinking processes) 5. Basic skills (Social awareness) 6. Business manners Students who attend at least 80% of the seminars for each type of curriculum are exempt from the assessment exam and automatically receive a certificate of completion.
